Please ensure your delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on opened skincare or cosmetic products.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or causes an allergic reaction, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Eligible remedies may include:

We may request photographs or additional information before approving a return.
